Legal
Terms of Service
Last updated: May 17, 2026
1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", or "your") and Adrico ("we", "our", or "us") governing your access to and use of the Adrico platform, available at adrico.org (the "Service").
By creating an account, connecting advertising platforms, or otherwise using the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.
If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms, and "you" refers to both you and the organization.
2. Description of Service
Adrico is an AI-driven advertising campaign optimization platform designed for performance marketers and digital advertising professionals. The Service provides:
- Campaign performance analytics and visualization across connected advertising platforms
- AI-generated optimization recommendations for campaign budgets, targeting, and creative
- ROAS (Return on Ad Spend) simulations and gap analysis
- Cross-platform performance reporting and trend analysis
- Integration management for supported advertising platforms
The Service integrates with third-party advertising platforms — including Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads — via their official developer APIs, strictly within the permissions you authorize.
3. Meta (Facebook) Platform Integration
3.1 Permissions Requested
When you connect your Meta Business account, Adrico requests the following permissions via the Meta Marketing API:
ads_read— Read-only access to your ad campaigns, ad sets, and adsread_insights— Read-only access to performance metrics (impressions, clicks, spend, conversions, ROAS)
These are read-only permissions. Adrico does not create, modify, pause, or delete any Meta campaigns, ad sets, ads, or creative assets on your behalf unless you explicitly trigger such an action within the platform (where applicable).
3.2 Data We Do Not Access
Adrico explicitly does not access and has no ability to access:
- Your personal Facebook or Instagram profile, timeline, or posts
- Your friends list, followers, or social connections
- Private messages or communications
- Photos, videos, or personal media
- Any data outside of advertising account metrics linked to your Meta Business Manager
3.3 Your Authorization
By connecting your Meta Business account, you confirm that:
- You are the authorized owner or administrator of the ad accounts you connect
- You have the right to grant Adrico access to the associated advertising data
- Your use of Adrico with Meta data complies with the Meta Platform Policy and Meta Terms of Service
3.4 Revoking Access
You may disconnect your Meta account at any time from the Integrations page within your Adrico account. You can also revoke access directly from Meta Business Integrations Settings. Revoking access stops all future data collection but does not automatically delete previously collected data — see Section 7 for data deletion requests.
4. Eligibility & Account Registration
To use the Service, you must:
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Have a valid email address
- Be authorized to use any advertising accounts you connect
- Not be barred from receiving services under applicable law
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@adrico.org if you suspect unauthorized access.
You may not create accounts for others without their explicit consent, share your credentials, or use the Service for any purpose on behalf of a third party without proper authorization.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:
- Use the Service to violate any applicable law, regulation, or third-party rights
- Access advertising accounts or data that you are not authorized to manage
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of the Service
- Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to access the Service beyond the intended API integrations
- Introduce malware, viruses, or harmful code into the Service
- Circumvent any authentication or access controls
- Use the Service to infringe on Meta Platform Policies, Google Ads policies, or any other platform's terms
- Resell, sublicense, or redistribute access to the Service without written consent
Violation of these restrictions may result in immediate termination of your account without notice.
6. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its software, AI models, algorithms, design, text, and graphics, is owned by Adrico and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you ownership of any part of the Service.
You retain ownership of your advertising data and account content. By connecting your advertising accounts, you grant Adrico a limited, non-exclusive license to access and process your data solely to provide the Service to you.
Adrico does not claim ownership over your campaign data, creatives, or advertising account assets.
7. Data, Privacy & Deletion
Our collection and use of your data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
To request deletion of your personal data or advertising data held by Adrico, contact us at support@adrico.org. We will process deletion requests within 30 days in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable law.
When you delete your account, all personal data and campaign data is permanently deleted within 30 days, except where retention is required by law or legitimate business necessity.
8. Third-Party Services & APIs
The Service integrates with third-party platforms including Meta and Google. Your use of these integrations is subject to the respective platform's terms of service and policies:
- Meta Terms of Service and Meta Platform Policy
- Google Terms of Service and Google API Services User Data Policy
Adrico is not responsible for the practices, content, or availability of third-party platforms. We are not affiliated with Meta Platforms, Inc. or Google LLC beyond our use of their official developer APIs.
9. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Adrico does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any optimization recommendations will achieve specific advertising outcomes.
AI-generated recommendations are advisory only. You are solely responsible for all decisions made regarding your advertising campaigns, budgets, and strategies. Adrico is not liable for advertising spend outcomes, campaign performance, or business losses resulting from use of the Service.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Adrico's total liability for any claims arising from use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to Adrico in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
Adrico is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.
10. Termination
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us at support@adrico.org or through the account settings within the Service.
Adrico reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms, extended inactivity, or if we discontinue the Service, with reasonable notice where practicable.
Upon termination, your right to access the Service ceases immediately. Sections 6, 7, 9, 11, and 12 of these Terms survive termination.
11. Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall first be subject to good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be settled through binding arbitration or the courts of competent jurisdiction.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you via email or a prominent notice within the Service at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
